- Leads the AI transformation of one of the world's largest payment operations. Built machine-learning translation across payment message standards (SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022), and cut manual payment exposure by more than half, freeing meaningful operating capacity.
- Built a firmwide AI intake and triage governance framework that removed the vast majority of governance lag and eliminated hundreds of thousands of manual touchpoints, with responsible-AI governance aligned to SR 11-7 and the EU AI Act.
- Ran FATCA and CRS reporting across 22 countries with zero audit exceptions (Standard Chartered, Singapore).
- Delivered a meaningful, double-digit cost reduction across a large operations organization while holding service levels.
- Cleared a large client due-diligence (KYC) backlog while lifting quality and opening capacity at lower cost.
